When the Congressman followed up with another question, "will there have to be collateral on this Loan" ? the Speaker replied that: it would be taken care of by the Bank ! LoL ! And why do you think the Federal Government created a number of National Parks and Forests around the Country within the physical Boundaries of Union States, that Are Not Authorized Under The Constitution ? Article 1 Section 8, Subparagraph 17: "To exercise exclusive legislation in all cases whatsoever, over such district not exceeding ten miles square as may, by cession of particular states, and the acceptance of Congress, become the seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise, like authority over all places purchased by the consent of the legislature of the state in which the same shall be for: the erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, Dockyards and other needful buildings." [ no mention of National Parks or Forests]

It is usual procedure to put up land as collateral on a Mortgage, which is commonly known. See: Congressional Record of 1933; Also See the book by U.S. Congressman James A. Traficant Jr., "Americas Last Minuteman". In 1922 a number of US Circuit Courts of Appeal Ruled that the Federal Government can not Double tax, and they can not tax debt ! The Supreme Court of the USA has Ruled a number of times that: "the Government can not tax debt". Every penny put into circulation under the Emergency Banking Act of 1933 is debt, stated at the top of each paper denotation of $1, $5 $10 $20 $50 $100 “ “dollars” are the Words: "Federal Reserve Note" ! A Note in Commercial Law, is defined as 'an evidence of debt' ! Every penny ever issued under the 1933 Emergency Banking Act to present, is debt, which is purportedly owed by the States, plus interest, and compounding interest over time ! This means you always owe more than what is in circulation, and it is an impossibility to pay off that debt. One of the Maxims at law is: "The Law does not require impossibilities" See California Civil Code 3509, Et Sequiter; If it is impossible as a matter of law to pay off the alleged debt that means: it is not lawful and it is not law, therefore it is Void Ab Initio, as a matter of Law, which means from the beginning, and totally unenforceable ! In the Report of the Grace Commission, headed by Peter Grace, under the Reagan Administration, which was published as a book by MacMillan and Company out of New York, Now out of Print, it was allegedly stated that not one penny of the Federal Taxes goes to pay for Infrastructure in the USA, but it all goes to pay the interest on the National Debt ! Under Article 1 Section 10 of the Federal Constitution it is stated that: No State shall"..."..."..."make anything other than Gold or Silver Coin a tender in debt"..."..."

This provision has never been repealed, or Amended, so if we are still under the Constitution, the economic system that was established by the 1933 Emergency Banking Act is again Void Ab Initio, or Void from the beginning as a matter of Law, and is of no effect whatsoever, and is totally unenforceable under the law ! That means the alleged 37 trillion dollar National debt under which it is accumulated, is also Void Ab Initio, or Void from the beginning, as the Act of 1933 "was no law at all", only a "color of law" statute ! The next time someone in any State or Federal Government Agency, Office, or Department tells you that "the Government" is being operated under the US Constitution, you should laugh in their face, and call them out for this utter continuous Fraud and Theft of American tax payers labor, property, and wealth, and ask them where is the "Gold and Silver Coin" mandated under the US Constitution Article 1, Section 10 ? if you are operating under the Constitution ? All lies and Fraud !

"The Common Plot Of The Global Elite"

In coordination with the agenda of President Donald John Trump and his Administration, I am going to include some discoveries about the history of the Government, the law, and the history of the law of the USA, some things not told, taught, or talked about in Public Schools. So much for a public education.

Francis Bacon, born on 22 January 1561 in London, was an English philosopher and statesman who served as Attorney General and Lord Chancellor of England under King James I. He is often referred to as the father of empiricism and the scientific method.

Bacon's father was Sir Nicholas Bacon, who was Lord Keeper of the Great Seal, and his mother was Anne Cooke Bacon, a scholar and translator with strong Puritan beliefs. He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge, and later studied law at the Inns of Court in London.

Bacon's career in the legal and political spheres was notable. He became Solicitor General in 1607 and was appointed Lord Chancellor in 1618. He argued for the importance of natural philosophy and the scientific method, emphasizing the use of inductive reasoning and careful observation.

In 1604, at the age of 45, Bacon married Alice Barnham, who was 13 years old at the time. Their marriage was marked by mutual respect and affection, though there were also reports of financial difficulties and tension.

Bacon died on 9 April 1626 in Highgate, Middlesex, England, at the age of 65. His contributions to philosophy and the scientific method have had a lasting impact on the development of modern science." End.

The foregoing facts in the bio of Francis Bacon, are an example of the common summary of vital facts of his alleged life, that are commonly recited by sudo biographers and sudo historians, as you can clearly notice, it is not even mentioned that Francis Bacon was the only man in history to be both a member of the House of Commons and a member of the Parliament of England, at the same time !

The foregoing is the generally known story of Francis Bacon, and is commonly accepted by alleged "Historians", and "Biographers" of the modern day, but what follows is a not so commonly known history which has been completed by Peter Dawkins, who is acknowledged by others as the foremost authority in the world on the subject of Francis Bacon, having written at least 14 books on Francis Bacon !

When Francis Bacon wrote his book "The New Atlantis" it originally had a subtitle, or part 2, had this Subtitle, which was: "Land of the Rosicrucians", but peculiarly, although you can purchase the book today as a reprint, the book they sell today, is without the subtitle, "Land of the Rosicrucians", and I noticed it upon finding out about the original title, having already purchased a copy of "The New Atlantis" by Francis Bacon, and after reflecting upon the facts about the Rosicrucians in America, it dawned on me immediately that if those behind the scenes wanted the story to be accepted and believed to be only a fable or fictional story, with no connection to any real state of factual circumstances, they would not want any mention of the "Land of the Rosicrucians" in the book, because "the Rosicrucians" had come from Europe, Germany, to North America and settled on the land, in what is called Pennsylvania, on the East Coast, at what is called The Rosicrucian settlement at Ephrata, Pennsylvania, "the Ephrata Cloister", a community founded by Conrad Beissel, a mystic and religious leader, who established the Cloister in 1732, before the creation of the USA in 1776, which included communal living, spiritual practices, and a unique blend of religious beliefs. So if anyone made the connection between the Land of the Rosicrucians, and North America, they might realize that America was "the New Atlantis", referred to by Francis Bacon in his Book, and the 13 colonies were intended to be developed into "the New Atlantis"; I.E.: it was a real plan by the "Philosophic Empire" Royal bloodline Aristocracy & their Nobility, including John Dee, Queen Elizabeth, Francis Bacon, and many followers of Dee and Bacon in Europe in a number of brotherhoods, including Philosophers, Alchemists, Magicians, Occultists, Secret Societies, who were recruited by John Dee in his two trips to the European Continent before he died.

"The New Atlantis" A Fable or a Plan ?

Francis Bacon wrote a book, and had it released to the Public, after delaying its release until at least the year after his alleged death in 1626, purportedly released posthumously, by his Care taker William Rawley, after Bacon died in 1626 ?

The long delay in its release, hides or veils a story of great intrigue, and mystery. It was represented for a long time that the first book, part 1, of "The New Atlantis", was the only thing written by Francis Bacon on the subject, and though it may be rumored that there was a part 2 written by Francis Bacon, that did not come to pass.

In his book "Secret Destiny of America", Manly Palmer Hall first hints at the possibility that Bacon wrote and completed a part 2, to "New Atlantis", then later, he flat out admits, that Bacons assistant and caretaker, William Rawley publicly stated that in fact Francis Bacon did write and complete a part 2 to “New Atlantis”, but he did not release it to the public, instead he released it to the Noble bloodline families of Europe and to their Secret Societies ! Hall further states that the Part 2, never released to the Public, was about the Law of New Atlantis, how New Atlantis would be Ruled ! Below are Excerpts from page 30 of Manly Palmer Halls book "The Secret Destiny of America":

" The New Atlantis was not published during the recorded lifetime of Lord Bacon*. (*Notice Hall does not say "during the lifetime of Bacon", he says "during the recorded lifetime" implying he is talking about something that was not "recorded" ) It was issued the year following his death by his Lordship's chaplain, William Rawley. This man was Bacon's close friend and familiar, over a period of many years, and most of Bacon's papers were entrusted to Rawley's care. In his admiration for Bacon's personal character and philosophical powers, he left the expressed wish to be buried at his master's feet, and his wish was fulfilled."

"Rawley writes in his introduction to Bacon's "The New Atlantis", "This fable My Lord devised, to the end that he might exhibit therein, a model or description of a college, instituted for the interpreting of nature, and the producing of great and marvelous works, for the benefit of men; under the name of Solomon's house, or the college of the six days work." "The college of the six days work is, of course, a thinly veiled reference to the perfection of nature through art."

"The six days are the days of creation by which the natural world was brought into existence, according to the account given in Genesis. As God created the Universe in six symbolic days, so man by art—that is, philosophy—must create the condition of his own perfection by means of six philosophical steps."

"The college is the secret school—the wise man's 'house' wherein are taught all arts and sciences, and not according to a materialistic interpretation, but according to a divine understanding of causes."

"Rawley stated that it had been his Lordship's intention to complete the fable of the New Atlantis with a second part, to contain the laws of the Ideal State, or commonwealth of the wise."

"Since it was Bacon's custom to prepare numerous drafts of his writings in the process of perfecting them, it is probable that the second part existed at least in outline "....."...

"It is well known among the secret societies of Europe, that the second part of the New Atlantis exists. It includes a description of a great room in Solomon's house wherein are displayed the crests and the coats of arms of the governors of the philosophic empire. It may be for this reason that the writings were suppressed, for these crests and arms belonged to real persons, who might have been subjected to persecution, as Sir Walter Raleigh was, if their association with the secret order had been openly announced."

Obviously Hall is talking about New Atlantis in "Secret Destiney of America" as if New Atlantis is a Real Plan, not merely a fictional story by Francis Bacon for entertainment purposes, and is being carried out by the chosen elite of the Ruling Class of Europe, which includes Britain England, which we supposedly separated from after prevailing in the Revolutionary War, after Declaring Independence in the Unanimous Declaration of Independence signed on July 4, 1776, after being composed by the committee of 5 men who were the creators of the new Nation the United States of America, 13 Colonies who declared their Independence from England after being 13 incorporated Colonies created for Commercial purposes purportedly by the crown of England to bring in wealth for the Crown ! But was that the original intention and design at the inception of Jamestown in 1607-1608, and the other 12 Colonies after that, or was there an intervening act or acts that changed the direction or purpose of the Colonies between 1607 and 1776 ?

In my research I discovered 2 letters, 1 written by John Dee, and the other by his sponsored Explorer whose name I had never heard of before, whom Dee paid, "sponsored", to sail to North America to explore the Virginia area of North America, to see if there was any land that was suitably habitable for starting a colony there ! As history now shows, the first colony was founded in Virginia, Jamestown, in 1607-1608.

The interesting part about these two (2) letters is that both writers, John Dee and his Explorer, writing to each other, both referred to North America, as "New Atlantis" !

In Bacons book "New Atlantis”, [Land of the Rosicrucian's], it is indicated that "New Atlantis" is a World Government, on the North American Continent !

Is it only mere chance, or random coincidence, that we now have what is purported to be a “World Government” called the United Nations on the Island of Manhattan, New York, on the North American Continent ? Or was this planned long ago by the Ruling Elite of Europe & Britain, England, certain Aristocratic Families, and their Nobility, and carried out by their Secret Societies ?

Both Manly Palmer Hall and his wife, addressed "New Atlantis" as if it was a reality, and existed in the present world, that we live in, which might seem strange to a lot of people today who likely have not heard of any of this before in their life ! And they certainly probably do not know about the claims of Peter Dawkins, who is said to be the worlds greatest authority and expert on Francis Bacon, having written 14 books about him, and having Co-Founded the Francis Bacon Research Trust !

The Francis Bacon Research Trust (FBRT) is an educational charity dedicated to researching and making known the life and works of Sir Francis Bacon. Peter Dawkins is the principal of the FBRT and a Co-founder of the Trust.

The Plan For "New Atlantis" was something that was birthed or given life, by a number of British Aristocrats and members of the Nobility, in the late 1500's, John Dee, Queen Elizabeth, Francis Bacon, Jesuits, Masons, Rosicrucian's, unnamed Noble Blood line Families of Europe & their Secret Societies & Brotherhoods !

Nicholas Hager stated in his book "The Secret Founding of America" under the heading: "A Freemasonic Coup on the Colonies"

"It cannot be said, however that the Federalists were Templar Freemasons and the Anti-Federalists not Templar Freemasons. Rather the Federalists had broken free from British Rule, and sought to replace it, with some central American control, to make all America a New Atlantis".."

In the Forward Intro to Manly Halls book "The Lost Keys of Masonry" it is stated:

"Reality forever eludes us. Infinity mocks our puny efforts to imprison it, in definition and dogma. Our most splendid realizations are only adumbrations of the Light. In his endeavors, man is but a mollusk seeking to encompass the ocean. Yet man may not cease his struggle to find God."

"Did Francis Bacon die in 1626 or Feign his Death with the help of his Rosicrucian Brotherhood" ? Posted by "Bacon Is Shakespeare";

"Following his fall from grace which was one of the greatest political betrayals in English history, in order that King James could save the favourite George Villiers, Duke of Buckingham, and so that he could save himself, Francis Bacon spent the last five years of his recorded life writing, revising and translating his works for publication with the help of his good pens among them the Ben Jonson and George Hebert.

During the last year of his life the health of James I was steadily deteriorating and he was rarely able to visit London, while the favourite Buckingham who had sacrificed Bacon, and in his distress extorted York House from him, took the opportunity to extend his influence over the heir to the throne, Prince Charles.

On 27 March 1625, King James died at Theobalds with Buckingham at his bedside. These are the simple facts known to general history. Following the succession there was no return to favour for Bacon or any offer of a position in the new regime or government and the two of them Charles I and Buckingham believed they could jointly rule without the need or advice of the kingdom’s greatest and wisest statesman.

He knew better than anyone and had first-hand experience of the behaviour of monarchs towards those they perceived as a threat, or had fallen out of favour. In the weeks and months leading up to Bacon’s supposed death, a certain George Eglisham’s, one of King James’s physicians, was busy writing an explosive pamphlet entitled: "The Forerunner of Revenge", which, when published caused a sensation and had very far reaching consequences for Charles I, and the favourite Buckingham.

In the pamphlet Eglisham directly accused Buckingham of poisoning and murdering his lover James I, as well as other members of the nobility including the Earl of Southampton, to whom Bacon had dedicated his Shakespeare poems "Venus and Adonis" and "The Rape of Lucrece". There were also many who believed that King Charles had been complicit in the murder of his father King James, and Bacon too feared King Charles would try to kill him.

The great philosopher died to the profane world on Easter Sunday 1626, and on 8 May the most reviled and hated man in the kingdom, Buckingham was impeached by the House of Lords on charges relating to causing evils affecting the state, bribery and corruption on a colossal scale, and the murder of King James.

The decision by King Charles not to allow Buckingham’s impeachment to proceed to trial by dissolving parliament at the cost of a much needed subsidy bill led more to believe, or strongly suspect he was complicit with Buckingham in the foul act of killing a king.

These events eventually led to the assassination of Buckingham in 1628, and helped set in train the state execution of Charles I, and the English Civil War.

In the meantime hidden to mainstream history for four hundred years, Bacon having feigned his own death with the help of his Rosicrucian-Freemasonry Brotherhood apparently, quietly slipped off to the continent eventually spending many years in Germany with Johann Valentin Andreae living to a very old age.

Evidence for his second life, includes textual evidence involving indications he did not die in 1626, ‘He is gone, he is gone: it suffices for my woe to have uttered this: I have not said he is dead’, etc. Letters, one written in his prose including the phrase ‘when I was alive’, another letter written by Sir Thomas Meautys to Bacon dating from 11 October 1631, proving he was still very much alive five years after his supposed death in 1626, as stated in every single orthodox biography to the present day.

There is also a good deal of evidence supporting that Bacon was responsible for producing, revising and enlarging his own works, some of them published in the name of others, post 1626. He also wrote the little known poem ‘On Worthy Master William Shakespeare’ prefixed to the 1632 Second Shakespeare Folio and was responsible for 1,679 changes in what was an attempt to clarify and correct the text including hundreds of alterations in grammar, changes pertaining to the action, and amendments and revisions, affecting metre and style.

There is also evidence for his involvement in the publication of the first English translation of the Rosicrucian manifestos, the Fama and Confessio (1652) and the publication of the unique version of his “New Atlantis” known as “The Land of the Rosicrucians” (1662).

This is all supported by extensive cryptographic evidence, Rosicrucian-Freemasonic frontispieces, portraits and engravings, including a portrait with the initials ‘F.B.’ prominently displayed in it depicting Francis Bacon as a very old man. He was born in secrecy and died in secrecy, all of which is known to the select elite of his present day Rosicrucian-Freemasonry Brotherhood, who will eventually disclose to the world where Bacon truly died, and where he is actually buried, that he is the true author of the Shakespeare works, as well as other secrets about his life and writings."

Peter Dawkins has written a book titled "Francis Bacon Herald of the New Age" and another titled "The Shakespeare Enigma", among other books about Francis Bacon, and a number of the Enigmas surrounding his life.

It is said that "History" is written by the winners." But is it vain folly, to call it history ? Some who call themselves "Christians" always refuse to “swear to anything” “under the penalty of perjury” in Court, or anywhere else, because Christ said in the Bible, "Do not swear, only God knows." !
